We use the following service providers, which receive personal information on our behalf:
- Odoo CRM (self-hosted) — receives and stores enquiry-form submissions, including your name, email address, phone number, company and message. Our CRM is hosted in Germany.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — website analytics and advertising measurement. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to the United States and other countries where Google operates.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is provided by Google. When it loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address.
This means information you submit through our enquiry forms is disclosed to, and stored in, Germany.
Data residency & onshore handling
Some solutions we supply keep your data in Australia — for example, Lexacom is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia. Those commitments apply to the data you process in those products. They don't cover information you send us through this website: enquiry-form submissions are stored in our CRM, which is hosted in Germany, as described above. Please don't include patient or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.
