The Philips Remote Device Management Software conveniently manages Philips professional dictation and transcription devices as well as the Philips SpeechLive Mobile App for iOS and Android. Administrators easily assign device configurations to users, device types, and even individual units.

Easily update the firmware for SpeechAir, PocketMemo, and SpeechMike in one operation. An update notification is sent to all users once a new firmware file is centrally defined by the administrator.
Remote backup and reset of settings for hassle-free device setup
Administrators can quickly back up and restore individual user settings of Philips dictation devices.
Support of virtual environments for reduced costs and improved accessibility
Administrators can easily manage, update, and maintain the configuration and settings of individual units, groups of units, or all units with the Philips SpeechExec remote management software. The changes can then be automatically uploaded to assigned devices.

The Philips Remote Device Management Software uses a client-server architecture. The server manages data storage, takes care of transactions, coherency and multi-user environment.
